Randi Glazer, a life-long North Shore Long Islander, has many years of experience as an insurance professional. Entering college with a desire to pursue psychology, Glazer switched majors to Economics at the behest of her father. Instead of giving up on her passion for psychology, Randi found ways to incorporate it into her learning in new ways, becoming President of the Psychology Club at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo. Upon graduating from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics, Glazer found an introduction into the field of insurance. Not her dream job at the time, Randi has found ways, over the years, to make the work fulfilling. Glazer knows that her expertise is truly making a difference for the individuals and organizations that she works with.
Working hard over the years to bring her expertise to many employers, Randi Glazer has learned different methods and skills along the way, always striving to make her professional demeanor translate all across the globe. In her work with Wellington Underwriting, Inc., Randi helped construct the company’s International Property Reinsurance Underwriting Team with a mission of maximizing Wellington’s underwriting capacity in Europe and Australia. The department’s written premium totaled an excess of $5 million in less than three years. In conjunction with her full time work with Wellington, often traveling abroad to Germany, London, and France, Randi Glazer completed her studies towards a Masters of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
